Like it asks, does a survey like this where anyone can say anything from behind the mask of anonymity really have any usefulness?

It is definitely cute and catchy, but does it mean anything?

Registration for the IGF gives a login for online fora too

In other words, you are not left isolated from everyone else after you register, or after the meeting concludes. Rather, you can continue to participate in online fora intersessionally or during the meeting. At the moment, there isn't even a mailing list of attendees. There needs to be some development time and money sunk into this, but nothing compared to what is sunk into the annual meeting.
